Hypothetical Daily Itinerary

This is generally what a normal day at Imaginaire would look like... but the schedule would be pretty loose.

6:30 am - 8:00 am
Kids get ready for the day/school, family scripture study at 7:00 breakfast at 7:30, take kids to school at 8 during weekdays. Adults help clean up breakfast and do dishes. Gather eggs from the chickens milk the cow, and feed the animals.

8-9 am
Meditation Time: relax, and prepare for the day.

9-10 am
Exercise Session: Zumba in the Dance Studio, yoga by the garden, jog in the enchanted forest, get movin!

10-11 am
Harvest Time: Pick fruits and vegetables in the garden, orchard or forest. Bring to 1st level kitchen and prepare lunch.

11-12 pm
Eat Lunch, clean up after lunch, and begin house chores specific to the day. Make sure all rooms are clean and orderly.

1-2 pm
House Chores: Clean room, vacuum, do laundry, etc.

2-3 pm
Nap Time/Quiet Time
Rest from the day's work and prepare for the rest of the day

3-4 pm
Homework Time...pretty self explanatory

4-5 pm
Dinner Preparation
Make dinner, set the table, clean up after prep

5-6 pm
Dinner Time
Eat dinner in the dining room

6-7 pm
Family Time: FHE on Mondays
Play outside together, swim, have Family Home Evening on Willow Hill or Living Room, depending on the weather

7-8 pm
Bedtime Prep
Brush teeth, shower, get PJs on, get ready for tommorrow, personal scripture study, journal, and say prayers.

8:30 pm BEDTIME lights out at 9 pm

Possible Journal Entries From Life in Imaginer

Dear Journal,                                                                                                              5/25/18
I moved into Imaginaire today. I decided to test out the life before my friends and family moved in with me. My room is so amazing. I feel like I can be creative in it. My whole house is designed that way. My room and the bathrooms have locks on them, and the guest bedrooms for the adults have locks on them, because, as stated in my Declaration of Independence, I believe everyone is entitled to quiet time. My room has a swing in it so I can move when I need to, and lots of space. I have a door in my room that leads to a dance studio, because I love to dance. The backyard has a beautiful flower garden and many fruit trees, a pasture for the cow, a mini forest, a hill with an old willow on top, with a flowered swing, and a water slide. I feel so excited and lucky to be here.

Dear Journal,                                                                                                              6/23/18
My family moved in with me yesterday, and I'm excited to have them here. I have been very busy just trying to take care of all the animals: the cow, the peacocks, the chickens, but the berry harvest is on in the garden, and the blueberries and the cherries in the forest are ready as well. I woke up this morning, made breakfast, helped everyone unpack and settle, and then I sent the kids into the garden to pick berries. I took my brother and sister into the pasture and showed them how to milk the cow and gather eggs and feed the animals. We had a picnic lunch on Willow Hill and then I took everyone into the woods to harvest blueberries and cherries. We brought everything inside and then we went down the slide in the house to the swimming pool and water slides. A great day, and I'm happy I'm caught up on the harvest. I'm going to miss the children when they go to school in the autumn, and I go to college.

Dear Journal,                                                                                                              7/5/18
I go to college in a few weeks, so I am preparing and organizing my room to fit my study needs. I created a study schedule for myself so I don't get off track or fall behind in my studies. I work best with to-do lists/schedules. I get sidetracked SO easily. I ran a few miles in the Enchanted Forest today, and the fresh air did me good. I love how I can just take a drink from the clear water brook that runs through the forest, and if I get hungry, I can eat some fruit from the orchard or from the blueberry bushes. We did more farm work today, we built the chicken coop and waterproofed the barn for the cows. My family and I are exhausted, but I think we got a lot done today.

Invitation to Friends

Dear Friends and Family,
I have created a Utopian society in which to live, to distance myself from the evils of the world, and to keep my friends and family safe from them as well. I created it  to be self-sustaining, so that we can learn to work together as a team, and also to have fun together. In this society, creativity and individuality are encouraged and celebrated. I believe that together, we could create nirvana on earth. We could grow together to be happy and peaceful, and keep that peace with us always. We could become the best we can be as human beings. To make this happen for yourself, you need to join us in our quest to make the world a better place to live, and the inhabitants better for it.

Declaration of Independence

In all of this excitement over my new Utopian society, I forgot to declare my independence.

     I would create this utopian society to prevent/solve most of the problems we have in our world today, such as violence, arguments, selfishness, and greed. I believe that everyone should be entitled to have life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, good food. and quiet time. We are and should be a free people, and as such I believe that we should use our freedom to secure our happiness, and understand that we can choose to contribute to or to take away from another's happiness.
     I believe that if we work together and simply share the fruits of our labor with others, instead of trading or buying with things of "equal value" to get what we want or need. That is where I think our society has gone wrong. If we as individuals chose to simply share our possessions with others, and had a spirit of generosity about us, we would be a happier people, and perhaps others would follow our example. This society could change the world to become a happier, more peaceful place to live and to grow together in harmony.

List of Rules

I pretty much established the rules when I posted my idea for a governmental system for my utopia. In case you didn't read them, here they are:

• All people are created equal (Declaration of Independence)
• All people have unalienable rights: Life, Liberty, The Pursuit of Happiness, and I would like to add Quiet Time and Wearing What They Want to Wear as Long as They Wear Something Modest. 
• Decisions will be made by : 

1. Brainstorming and making a list of options
2. Debate (if necessary)
3. A vote

• Those who transgress the family rules will be punished according to the severity of their actions
• Cruel and unusual punishments are not acceptable and will not be tolerated
• Creativity and imagination are encouraged and accepted
• There will be no poor among us, for what is one person's shall be shared by another, although permission given of the main possessor should always be required. Everyone should be generously willing to share possessions with each other. Any disputes will be settled by the head of the family or by family discussion, depending on the severity or value of the object.
• Residents can practice religion freely without persecution
• Everyone helps with family chores
• It is never appropriate to intentionally hurt someone else.

Animal of Imaginaire

Adding another official item to the official list... the official animal of Imaginaire!

 And it is... a peacock!

Peacocks are colorful and beautiful,  and their colors are inspiring. They are free to be who they are, and are considered beautiful for doing so.
